Got this dandy doe this morning.They were moving early for it being soooooooooooo cold.6o yds,H&R survivor in 308 with 150 grn Federal Fusions.Fell over after running 20 yds directly at my stand.Hello backstraps and chili!

I missed one with the .243 last night, sorry for messing up your record 1shot. I thought she was farther than she was and shot over her back. Then a buck came out and grazed about 175 yrds from me for 30 minutes but I didn't see any more does.

I made it out today after a morning bird hunt. Got in the stand at 3pm, and had 4 does, and a small buck come out into the wheat field at 4pm. All about 50 yds away, but decided I didn't want to shoot them, as I have two more days off and would prefer to take a doe with a bow. Saying that I'll probably never see another one that close, and be kicking my self.:D
