Got 100% Am I to understand that on only 4 of 33 questions, elected people did better than their electors? And sometimes the overall percentages were pretty low to boot! SMH....

You don't have to be smart or competent to be an elected official. You just have to convince people you are and those with the most charismatic personalities and best looks are generally the most effective at the convincing.
