I would like to be in the court room, so that I could hear the long and short of the story. I feel for the guy. I think he got the short end of the stick.

I can understand how he feels. a few years back I was really ill and the doctor had to do a emergency surgery on me and when I came to after it he told me how bad it was. came close to being called stubby myself.. not fun at all. but a least I would have been alive to still do other things..
