It would be hard to sit through this as a juror. It could be a long trial. I wonder if the good doctor is hoping for a hung jury. At least the victim will not have to come in for further treatment.
I know I'd be kicking someone's ass if that happened to me! Penile cancer isn't exactly going to kill you overnight. The patient deserves the right to have a biopsy and a 2nd opinion for such a sensitive area. Just because the doc got a patient waiver doesn't mean he should proceed in a case of this nature. If I were on the jury, the doc would loose this one for sure.
