I have an offer to trade my excellent condition S&W Model 60 38 spl no dash sn- R214xxx for a S&W Model 19-5 2.5" .357 magnum. What would y'all do??

Depends. If it matters the k frame snubs aren’t all that concealable like j frames. I’d be inclined to take the trade myself. 60s are everywhere 19 snubbies that are pre-mim and pre-lock aren’t.

I’d buy and have both. I’m not into getting rid of older Smiths at the moment.

Assuming the 19 is in good shape I'd definitely do the trade. If nothing else you're getting a revolver that'll take .38 or .357 ammo. I'd say a 19 is definitely the more desirable gun.
