I bought this a couple of year ago. It is stored inside. I have used maybe 10 times. I have only changed the tank once, and not sure it was full when I first put on.
Works fine, comes with a cover also. Only complaint I have is that they don't work as well with a good breeze. But that would be with any brand etc I am guessing.
I just don't use anymore. These are new about $150 w/o a propane tank.
I will sell it for $80 with the cover and no tank.
$125 with a full propane tank also
