Amtech composite cased ammunition?

So a friend of mine gave me an old box of ammunition that he purchased at The Tulsa Gun Show back in 1992. I was with him at the time but had long sense forgotten about this ammo. It was a full box of fifty rounds of Amtech composite cased .38 special 158 Gr. lead SWC. Anyone know anything about this ammo? Anyone ever shot any of it? Does anyone know anything about the value of a box of this ammo[/ATTACH]

I have seen them advertised for sale from 25-130 bucks for a complete unfired box full of them.

If you like old ammo for conversation I would keep them.
If you like selling things for money .. then sell them.
If they were mine I would shoot a couple of them and see if I could reload them somehow.
And keep the rest for conversation ammo.

I made some 45acp shot shells from .308 cases.. gave a few to friends who gave their friends one.. they end up as conversation pieces.
