I had already bought the Uberti 1866 (45 Colt) then ran across this 60 year old Colt Frontier Scout in a gun shop in Dallas for a song. Decided I needed it too. Unbelievably good shape for a 22 of that age. Most were used and abused, but not this one.

Man thats cool stuff! I recall thinking how neat that old manual cover was when I was a kid. My dad had/has it, and some of those same screwdrivers-think those came from Brownells IIRC

Picked this Hellcat up from the little local shop today. Price was too good, even though I've never really looked into one much before. Shot about 40 rds through it right before dark, I think I shoot it better fast vs slow fire. Has the XS big dot front sight, I like it already. Should carry well, only thing I've noticed so far is the mags are kinda funky to load.

Picked up a savage. 204 ruger time to call in some coyotes
