My buddy had this Hi-Point sitting in his closet for years when he gave it to me just to make some room. It's nothing I'd ever carry, but I figured I could have some fun with it. I'd never shot one before and I gotta admit once I got past it's pure ugliness, terrible trigger, and other things, it wasn't a total trash gun like I expected. It was 100% functional, which is it's sole purpose for existing.
I have the inability to own a gun without making some sort of mod or customization to it. Usually minor add-ons, swap grips, or maybe paint fill the letters on the slide. None have ever been this...drastic. Anybody can bolt lights, dots, and other accessories on, so I came up with this. This is just Krylon Fusion rattle can. After I finished it, I realized Frankenstein would've been a better theme. I have no idea what I'll do with this monstrosity (pun intended) now, but here it is. If anybody is interested in doing some trading, give me a holler.
Anybody got some DIY custom jobs on anything buried deep in their closet, too? Let's see 'em!
