While I was at C.O.P.S, I picked this up. Been eyeballing it for about a month. My son is really getting into shooting his 10/22 and I want to start him on a 22 pistol.

Also got tracking numbers for 200 rounds of duck loads that will be here this week.

I bought this last week; I wasn’t able to shoot till this afternoon;

sp5 -- 1 July 20221.jpg

HK SP5 with a SB Tactical Brace -- shot 70 rounds thru the SP5 and 30 rounds thru my X9 .

Had to dodge the rain, but excellent day !!!!!!!!

Very easy to clean !!!!

Next is co-witness Aimpoint (I have a T-2, I bought last year, need a claw mount) or suppressor -- leaning toward suppressor !!!!

L frames aren't my favorite Smith & Wesson revolvers. They're great, durable, guns but just don't seem to have the same panache as the K and N frames. That being said, I happened upon one that was difficult to pass up.

Smith & Wesson model 581 with AAA serial number prefix.

Of course, the real purpose it to dress the thing up:

I think this screaming red stock is going to make my bullets faster. TacSol Vantage RS, I’ve been eyeballing these since I started screwing around with 10/22s but wasn’t sure I wanted a wood stock. I dig it though, matches all that other red stuff on the rifle. Sort of.
