Yep. I had two at one time probably 15 years ago. Both were SAS and in .357 Sig and .40 S&W. Loved them.

After carrying smaller guns with double the capacity and half the weight, it almost seems Luddite like

Yep. Almost bought one. If they came out with a double stack version with that same slim slide, it might actually be a decent option.

I have one. It feels a touch off balance with the high bore axis and shorter grip that really lacks aggressive texture...but it is an easy pistol to shoot accurately, and recoil is much more manageable than you'd think just by looking at it.

It is currently my wife's carry pistol. She can hold about a softball-sized group at 15 yards with it. I have zero worries about her abilities to wield it.
