Are foldable kayaks any good?

Does anyone own or use any of the foldable kayaks. There are many different brands and they seem to work a little differently and are made out of different materials. I would like to have a kayak but my storage space is limited and these are interesting. I would like to use it for fly fishing on farm ponds and calm lake/river fishing. These seem to be too good to be true. Does anyone have any experience with any of these? Thanks!

No kayak experience whatsoever, but I'd avoid the ACME brand.

Never used a foldable kayak, but I have used Alpaca inflatable kayaks and I highly recommend them.
