"They" don't. It's an embelished news story about one bank. If banks did this credit unions would double in size overnight.

Dang it thats a long time, Im sure by then those pesky private sector non union tax payers will figure out away to screw me out of their hard earned money they had to pay taxes with. I mean 20 years of leaning of a shovel is hard work
