Oh, alright. They are still pretty tasty. Country style is what I grind into my hamburger recipe.

Equal parts of country style ribs, sirloin, skirt and lean brisket. Beef suet to adjust fat content depending on usage.

Beef ribs were common as all get out when I was a kid oh so many years ago. My mom cooked them quite often. Baked 'em in the oven with lots of black pepper between two layers of saurekraut.

Man they were good.

Same here to you. Holy cow I completely forgot about the ribs/kraut combo…I remember the meat peeling off the bones when you separated them from the kraut. We had that quite often when I was a kid.

Adding that to the family meal cycle.
