Boston Whaler is a top tier maker. Will handle rough water, safely.

Nice set up, but just smaller than what I want.

1000x better than an aluminum Jon boat
Exactly! People even use these little ones in saltwater applications. I’ve had this one out on bigger lakes when pretty serious wind/waves came in, and I felt completely safe. These little things rock!

Yeah I used to have an old 14ft jon boat. No thanks! Thing was a small notch above a canoe lol

What max motor is this boat rated for
Up to 40hp! Back whenever I bought it the guy had a 40hp 2-stroke evinrude with a little console and steering wheel. It was SCARY fast with that 40hp lol

I sold the big motor and got rid of the consol/steering wheel set up. To make a wide-open floor area for moving around fishing. Put the small tiller handle 9.9 on, for what I do it suited me better

Decided I’d sell my little fishing boat and put the cash toward other hobbies. This thing is awesome though!

Boat is 1977 13’ Boston whaler. Google them if you’ve never heard of them. Very high-quality boats. Foam filled fiberglass hull is unsinkable. This has a full height transom like a big boat (long shaft outboard). This thing is extremely stable. 2 grown men can stand/walk around to fish and cast comfortably. 3 adults can ride comfortably. We do 2 adults and 3 kids often. This is like a Jon boat size that behaves like a bigger boat.

Motor is a 2018 9.9 mercury I bought brand new from cabelas. Runs flawlessly, zero issues. Low hours, well maintained.

Trailer is heavy duty, good tires, has a good spare, etc. winch works, lights work, ready to pull.

I’ve added various poor redneck upgrades: basic sonar, a few small batteries/light bar/led lights, pvc rod holders lol, anchor w/chain and rope, etc

It’s stored in a shop, it’s nice. Everything works. Ready to go little fishing set-up. Perfect for smaller lakes! Perfect for jug-lines and catfishing!
Boston Whaler’s are outstanding boats, very stable and reliable. The price is very reasonable considering what the owner is providing. This shouldn’t last long.

Ok y’all I’d do $3,500… anything less and I will just keep my little fishing boat. Hell just the motor was $2,500 back when I bought it. I forgot to add the motor has the option of electric start.
