Has anyone heard from him or know if he is still a C3 dealer?

Yep, he is still in business. Haven't seen him on here much, you might be better off contacting him through his website or calling
I emailed and never heard from him, so you may try calling...
Even if he was still selling to the public, I'd find somebody to get a suppressor from. When I bought from him the first time around he was nearly impossible to get ahold of and you'd be lucky if he ever responded to your emails. I'd go with somebody else if you're shopping around. Communication is the key to good business.
