That's the exact date mine went pending. They probably gather up a huge stack of apps, and put a pending 9/28/11 stamp on them, then wait 5 months to process. I pay $200.00 for this fun, and it's just an accessory. Funny that I can buy the gun it mounts on in five minutes without the $200.00 fee. Oh well.
