38 Super...or 45ACP...or what
I would say an almost definite no on the .38 super... and a definite 'maybe' on the .45.

.45 GAP and .45 ACP are sort of like .308 Winchester and .30-06. Yes, they're very closely related, but you just can't fit a .30-06 in a short action rifle.
You're dealing with two different barrels though. So the big things, like the breach face... and frame ramp (depending on the firearm if it even has a frame ramp) are the same.
I'm not familiar with the GAP though... is the OAL roughly close to ACP?
The ACP won't work as the GAP OAL is way shorter. You won't even fit the ACP magazine into the frame of GAP pistol, or an ACP round into a GAP mag.

The .45 GAP is basically a .45 ACP case shortened to give the same OAL as a 9mm Parabellum. The only company that chambers for the GAP(thank god) is Glock, so the only platform that is even chambered for the cartridge is too short to accommodate the longer .45 ACP cartridge.
