Can you identify this small block Chevy

It is a two barrel and the numbers stamped on the front of the block on the passenger side are

14s148370 v1102CMR

I have looked at moretec and Mr. Nasty Z28.com and a lot of other web sites and cannot find the information identifying this critter.
