That Ruger LW 9mm CMDR is one fine pistola too. I cannot believe these things are as inexpensive as they are. I mean, mine has as good a trigger as my gnarled up old finger can appreciate and it never ever fails. Never. Ever. You have chosen wisely.

You know, your are absolutely correct. In fact, I like it so much, I just picked up some Buffalo bone grips for it. Late Christmas present for the pistol!

And pic of the pistol in aforementioned carry rig.

Kydex is far superior to leather for holsters

You know, my carry pistols ALL have an RM LOWRIDER Kydex IWB Holster too. Mostly, I use them to securely store the pistols, but I often will carry my G43 in one. For a larger gun, or extended periods of wear, I still prefer a good leather holster. You and I have talked about the RM holster before; I've been using them for years. They are very easy on and off, lifetime warranty against breakage, and they protect the pistol and cover the trigger. Here's a pic of a couple of them...

I can see why you use leather for that nickel plated sissy pistol

Man, I like those grips! They really are sharp. Where did you find them please? And that's a very nice looking holster too.

I got the grips at the gun show today. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. He was next to a guy who's a Rogers Co deputy, if that helps.

And thanks for the compliment on the holster. That one turned out pretty well, if I do say so.

Works good for plastic pistols, like Glocks, XDs, Hi Points, and similar budget-oriented pistols. Leather is still better for good guns.:D

Had to chuckle at this one...Glocks : budget pistols...Indeed! I have spent an awful lot of money on those "budget pistols" over the years!

This "nickel plated sissy pistol" (NPSP) is a design that has been around awhile. It's called a 1911. This particular NPSP is what is known as a Commander-Style NPSP, in the Series 70 design, as John Moses Browning wanted it to be. However, to refer to this particular NPSP as a NPSP is so wrong in so many ways.
