carrying while running

I need some help finding a good carry holster for running/jogging. Anybody have any suggestions?

I've used a Belly Band holster while mountain biking. I'd lone it out to anyone in the Tulsa area to try but it's kinda small (32"? range).

I use a j frame in a pocket holster. the bouncing doesn't bother me its just pulls down my paints some. So i just make sure the gym shorts have a draw string. Plus smaller pockets help it from bouncing some also.

This is the option I prefer.

I use a J with a small pack and tighten it down so it doesn't move.

I'm too old and fat to run anymore; but yes, I do have one and really like it. It's become my preferred method of carry for large-frame pistols because using it I can carry when wearing jeans; shorts; etc. and don't have to wear an extra shirt or jacket for concealment. I believe it would work fine for jogging, as you can cinch the straps as tight as you want to keep it against your body.

I just use my normal EDC...

But then again, I'm that guy you see running in jeans or cargo shorts depending on the weather.
