I have, it's OK if your not running hard, once the pace picks ups it starts to pound the "boys" a little too much. I suppose it depends on the size pistol you're packing.

Once open we get open carry you can get a thigh holster and try really hard not to look like a tool jogging around town with on gun strapped to your leg.
You'll need two for balance so you don't overwork one leg while underworking the other.
The other leg is for your spare mag holder and your carry permit badge
Still, everything needs to be measured out to the gram on your scales.

Cheap little Korean fanny pack I've had for years. Used to keep trail running survival stuff in it. Just big enough for P3AT, knife, bandanna, trainer's tape and ipod. Doesn't shake bad.
Anymore, out where I live I rarely carry when running unless going out farther where the dogs don't know me.
