Caspian 1911

I just picked up a Caspian 1911. Upper and lower are Caspian, all internal parts are Wilson. It was supposedly built by Accurate Iron, but I’m having a hard time locating them. I’m just curious about this gun, Value, when made, etc.

It appears to have some sort of tape on the front strap. I haven’t taken the grips off of it. I’m planning on switching them out. I like the feel of the grips, but not the look.

Exactly and it’s been built not so much a Boxed cookie cutter….. love 1911’s
