How many cities do you know of that manages the power grid?

Well Claremore seems to be one of those cities and over the past couple of weeks have had constant power outages.

I've seen 2 rolling blackouts here in OKC back in late June or July. Lasted only a few seconds

I live in Claremore and have lived in this neighborhood for over 40 years and it's
been the same all those years. The electric system sucks. There are outages
all the time. But the voters keep the same bunch in charge so it will never change.
I think the only way to change it, would be sell the system to PSO and hope it
would be better. The city uses the electric and water system to finance all kinds
of wasteful things. It's always been that way and I guess it will continue.

Reminds me of WPPS. Washington Public Power System. The butchers, bakers and candlestick makers ran up billions of tax dollars building nuclear power plants that turned out to be unneeded and were ultimately abandoned @ taxpayers expense.
