Cmore red dot

I got to handle a cmore red dot yesterday it was the metal cased 1. It seemed pretty sturdy. Any
opinions appreciated. I have seen them for around 300

If you're interested in it for gun games, they're pretty popular with the open shooters in USPSA. I've owned one and got rid of it. I don't care for the friction lock windage & elevation system. I would not stake my life on one the way I would an Aimpoint or Eotech.
