He is just pointing out that Obama and Biden are not the only people to get their facts wrong, even though some of what he posted is correct.

Possibly. However, a History of the United Soviet Socialistic Republics would cover the last centuries liberal experience.

A Liberal History of the United States would be virtually impossible to create. A logical person would likely die from the destruction of brain tissue before it was completed and a liberal would never start it without a government grant, environmental impact study, several classes on diversity and inclusion (please see previous comment about logic) and the inability to find another productive liberal to actually do the physical publishing portion.
