Raiders of the Lost Ark: Gunfight in the Bar is one of the best scenes ever. I couldn't find a clip for it except for this short lego version:

Oh, well, there are so many....some encompass the whole show, to wit:
Comedys-Cat Ballou, The Great Race, Blazing Saddles (especially the end), Animal House, Blues Brothers, ET....
Action-Patton, Raiders of the Lost Ark, StarWars (all), Lonesome Dove, Shogun, Silverado, Highlander, War Games (esp the last 15 mins where Joshua tries to figure out how to win the GTW game)...
But to me, the best, and most hilarious, 5 mins ever put on celluloid, is the scene with the gym teachers in the principals office in "Porky's". About half a dozen of us were watching it on HBO (or Showtime, not sure which) about 20 yrs ago, and while the whole show had been a constant guffaw, during the office scene, drinks were spilled, pizza coughed or spit halfway across the room, pants were wet (really), there was desparate gasping for breath, inadvertant farting, and many sideaches later on. A true classic....I'd love to see the outtakes.....
