They serve us cabbage a lot here at school for the Asians. I get a big plate of it with all-beef hot dogs, and it's close enough. But just not the same :-/

I have to have lots of garlic and pepper in mine. We do a St Patty's day at a friends house, and they make about 5 gallons of it at a time.
