Caught a guy trespassing on my hunting lease yesterday stripping wire for scrap. After explaining to this rather large, very stout individual that could have snapped me like a twig that he was on private land he apologized and said he'd leave as soon as he picked his trash up. Yeah, well, he grabs his copper and hauls a$$. Leaving all of the insulation. Turns out he was stripping brand new, never used 2/O welding cable. About 500 ft of it. Grainger's sells 250 ft for $1674. $3000 worth of cable stripped for scrap. WTF?

Got to buy him a fix? Dopers will steal anything. Recently they stole a well pump right out of the well house.

Shoulda notified the cops and given a description. There's a pretty significant copper theft ring in the Tulsa area.

This is my old boss's tahoe. He lived in a pretty nice Edmond neighborhood at the time. They did this right where it is sitting in the photo in the middle of the night. I spent the next day driving around with him in my truck getting wheels and tires and putting them on.

They were nice wheels and tires, but they were still just stock wheels... Nothing to crazy.

I had a set of mustang turbines that i sent to the scrapperthat i couldnt sell and got $50 for them. Now imagine what a set of 17-20in tahoe wheels would go for

Last night someone steal two window a/c units out of a rent house I'm in the process of fixing up. Thieves suck!

Thieves do suck. I wish they would catch that copper ring. Darwin will sort them out if they dont. At least stay out of our substations please.

my grandpa has a probably 250 gallon solid copper vat he's had since the 50's he waters his cows in. It'd be nice if it was ever given to me . Sucker is very heavy
