I'm in a short sleeve in the blind, can hear the wind blowing pretty good, but I'm comfortable. Not a care in the world this morning.

Weather channel says this wind is supposed to lay down by 5pm, so the evening hunt might see a lot of deer movement.

Oklahoma could have perfectly decent weather and the wind will ruin it. This is the windiest place i've ever lived in my entire life.

Could probably save the gas money and affix a sail on top of my car.

Shot at about 45 yards, both lungs and the liver, could NOT find the entry, but the exit was almost golfball-sized.

We waited an hour and went and found him barely out of sight about 40 yards into some light brush.

Helluva day. Been waiting for this one with my boy for a LONG time.
