Wow..... I'm amazed! I ordered my Crossbreed 10/12/09 and received in the mail today 10/15/09. Not quite the 2 to 3 weeks i was expecting. Thanks all at Crossbreed!!!!

I have posted on here a couple of times about my love for the crossbreed supertuck. I wear mine pretty much every day.

I had my first "clip malfunction" yesterday when one of the kydex belt clips broke. When I ordered the holster, they had sent a spare set of clips, so I was A-OK.

Anyway, I called crossbreed and they sent out a new set of the improved, metal clips free of charge. If you were not a believer in their guarantee, you should be now.
