Custom Savage Model 10 223 Remington Stainless Finish
This rifle is in great condition with beautiful wood stock.
Barrel is 28" Lothar Walther chambered in 223 Remington with 8 twist
Have 1 5 round color matching magazine. I always single feed when shooting it.
Built a custom 223 Rem 700 format so no longer need this Savage.
Prefer to trade for a custom 308 bolt action rifle in Rem 700 format.
I have multiple stocks, triggers and other accessories that fit Rem 700 format.

That’s the beautiful thing about Savage. So long as the face and lugs are parallel and the barrel wasn’t thread crooked, the floating bolt does what you have to pay for on a Remmy.

Just trying to figure out what's custom other than the barrel.

I don't know what bolt work was done when this was built by the gunsmith. The action only was purchased separately then built by gunsmith using Lothar Walther barrel. I've shot with it out to 600 yards using 85.5 Bergers. Has a nice lite trigger.
