I bought two. I can't make them fit . I let it all the way out but it won't go over my arm. I'm a fat guy, but I'm not a giant. If anyone can advise me, I'd appreciate it.

Take it to a leather shop and see if they can either use the two to make one or just custom make one.

Silly question but when are those practical? Wintertime when you have a coat? Not to say I don't want one / gonna buy one but when would I use it haha.
