He had a few hard years and was suffering from Dementia and other health problems, but The Partridge family number one son has passed after an illness.
That's too bad. I grew up on the Partridge Family.

***My step-dad was disabled when I was growing up, so he watched TV alot... I didn't really get to watch any TV except Saturday mornings for an hour or two before the parents awoke. I would watch the Smurfs and Muppet Babies, and usually that was about all I got.
As for the rest of the week, the only things I really remember were Andy Griffith, Murder She Wrote and Matlock. There wasn't anything else that played on our TV, I don't think.

David's dad, Jack Cassidy(actor/singer), also had problems--bipolar, alcoholic and burned to death in his apartment(fell asleep with lit cigarette).
