As long as I am outsite, not working, away from a phone and computer, they are both equally relaxing to me. Catching butterflies would be just as relaxing in my book.

I would have to agree with Roos in that just being outdoors has a relaxing effect for me, but since the question was asked it probably has to be fishing as you can grab a cold beer if you want and take a snooze waiting for the bell to tinkle on the fishing pole....

Bass fishing every weekend. If I don't go, I have a bad rest of the week. Also, game night every Friday night.

hunting. i love sneaking into the stand, getting blended into things and watch all the critters start moving around at sunrise and doing dumb stuff and them not know im even around.

i'm not much of a fisherman...but i do take my 8yr old son and let him cast away. hell i think sometimes he spends more time untangleing my line than i do his

but outdoors period is always great!!!!
