Defleshing an OLD skull

Put a skull in a pond with crawdads once. Cleaned up real nice except for the algae that turned the skull green. It did power wash off though.

Yea I did that last year only just covered it with a bucket, the ants were almost finished when something got the skull and took off with it!

Maybe a 55 gallon drum with a significant amount of weight on top?

Just a thought.

I DID have this on an ant hill (in TX) when I got it. They got a decent amount of stuff but I think it was maybe too dry for them as a whole as there was still LOTS left.

Right. Soak it to soften and pressure wash it off.

I took the skull of Terry's 500 pound hog, boiled it, them put it in a bucket with water and bleach for a day, then pressure washed it off...

Nice. Kinda looks like a pterodactyl skull with tusks...

Moving the jaw up and down on that skull, I was amazed at how those tusks are constantly sharpening themselves against each other".... I took a piece of heavyweight denim and slid it across those tusks, and it sliced it about as easy as what my fillet knife does!
