Not so much hatred for the man but what he stood for. Everything I, and most conservatives, stand for. I don't celebrate his passing but I won't mourn him, either. I seriously doubt he would feel any different about me.
I remember being amused and entertained by his character, Lou Grant in the Mary Tyler Moore sitcom. Late 1970’s- early 80’s? After being horrified by the Carter administration’s mishandling of all things, I helped vote in Reagan, twice. All thru the 1980’s politics became more and more clear to me and forever changed how I view left wing liberals. The more disgusting they reveal themselves to be, the more I strive to withhold my attention and MONEY from them.
His make believe was good. However, he was a flaming Libturd, anti-gun POS in real life.......all that really matters.I always thought he was a good, solid actor. RIP Lou Grant.
