Glock 19 standard rear sight height is 6.5mm or (thanks to google) .255 inches. Most of your after market Glock sights have a similar height available. If, like me you have 10mm or .45 Glock then you need the higher sight 6.9mm or .271 inches. Just FYI Glock makes 3 sizes of rear sights. 6.1mm, 6.5mm, and 6.9mm. Glock factory front sights are all the same height.

Thanks for the replies and data. I guess my best bet would be to mic the standard ones on my 19, and go from there? I'm just confused about the size of the window v.s. the size of the front sight, since neither are adjustable. More learnin' needed !!!!
