Now that is interesting and may even convince me the AR platform is OK. Clearing a jam quickly has always been one of my pet peeves with the AR. Not any slower than the rest but with my dislike of the AR it was just one more issue to me.
I met these guys in Tulsa. looks like a solid product, but I'd want to see a "high-mileage" one functioning.
I thought someone had a pump AR out years ago that was meant for sales in Kommiefornia.
I've never had a jamb in my AR. Its not a cheap one though. Maybe its brand quality that is the issue.
I was gonna say in 'Californicatia'....(or something similar)- but, yep- I've seen these types of neutered hybrids years ago. Probably at least 10 years ago.
The main draw is less blowback in your face and not having to lose your sight picture while charging. It is pricey but it is billet instead of forged. Clearing a jam might save only a couple of seconds but this was designed originally for competition shooters where a couple of seconds can mean the difference between 1st and 4th place.
