You don't see much about fishing on here so here you go.
Went out to Sooner this past Sunday for a few hours. The fishing was about as fast as it gets. Nothing huge but plenty of rod bending action on white perch and small hybrids. Even for a 1lb or 2 those hybrids put up a fight. We caught them in about 25 fow on live shad, cut shad, lures and even deadsticking. We would drop bait down and in some instances never hit the bottom, the line just kept going.
Water temp was about 68. Big fish for the day was 8lb blue and 4lb hybrid.
It was a great day.
