My father in law is from the Netherlands and his mother and her boyfriend are coming to visit and he has asked me to take the boyfriend fishing. Being from Holland, would he need just a non resident fishing license, or are there extra steps that need taken? I assume his passport would be his form of identification?
What did the regulations say when you looked? Blood sample? Urine sample? Hair sample? Stool sample?

That's his typical response anytime someone asks a question around here. I would have left OSA a long time ago if it wAsnt for the hunting section but lately guys like him and others are making me want to leave.
