There is a TV series on youtube called, "Holocaust" and it has five series to watch and is pretty interesting regarding the Warsaw revolt by Jewish partisans who refused to willingly go to their deaths. If they were to die, they'd go by resisting the Nazis.

Lots of very good books on Heydrich, pics above included in Max Williams biography “Heydrich“ and ”Hitlers hangman” by Robert Gerwarth. A truly “underrated” part of the German police state. A fascinating life story. His wife Lena is also a very interesting character and wrote a biography of him. You cannot understand the formation of the police state under Hitler until you understand Heydrichs thinking.

Another good movie on the Warsaw ghetto is "The Pianist", about Władysław Szpilman and directed by Roman Polanski. Guy had more lives than a cat and someone above had to be watching out for him.

An older book, but a great read on the assassination of Heydrich is "Seven Men at Daybreak" by Alan Burgess.

Started reading it online today. Seems like a difficult read for some reason to me. Maybe it's just my old feeble mind and my old eyes.
