I make these loading blocks and drill the holes and end up with a bunch of OAK shavings
I probably have 15 gallons of the stuff..the wood was kiln dried..so these are dry..
I make fire starters from them and candle wax...Some of it i add used cooking oil to it and just sprinkle a pile to start my fire....
Other uses i am sure...free if you need it..hamster bedding or bird pee soaking material..Yuk!!
