According to Wikipedia, it was renamed Flowery Mound in 1907, "but the name [Bugtussle] persists." Dunno if that's accurate or not.

How about IXL, OK. Go thru there often and wonder about it every time.

I fly through there twice a day. Literally takes about 4 seconds from one end of town to the other. I'd be curious to know how it got its name.
