My youngest son hunted one of my places here in TX morning and evening today and didn’t see a single deer or pig. I went to church this morning and did a small job after lunch, and I saw 19 does and yearlings while trying to kill a pig this evening (between 6:30 and dark). Can you believe my son got mad about it?!?

I wasn't able to get a shot off, but I saw a few does yesterday and this morning down in Broken Bow. This one decided to show up just as I put my bow down and stood up to get ready to go back to the cabin. I think she was taunting me. I knew I had no chance of getting the bow in time to get her, so I "shot" her with my camera instead. A lot less cleanup this way.
My doe I passed on yesterday evening.
