Gun Belts for Women

My wife is going to take a shooting class in Sept. The class will require her to draw her gun from a holster. I am having a hard time locating one for purchase. It needs to be 1.5" to fit her holster and it needs to fit her size 4 waist.
Anyone have any ideas that wont break the bank? She will probably only use this thing once or twice.

I would look at some of the blackhawk ones. They are pretty inexpensive on amazon.
