gyms in okc that have real weights?

I need to do some lifting, and I don't want to go drive all over OKC to find out that places just have Precor machines.

Do you lift anywhere that has plenty of squat racks? If so, where?

I am in Guthrie but the Anytime fitness here has regular weights so others should as well.

I also go to Anytime. I like it, because you can go to any location. They do have squat racks and free weights.

Golds Gym. They are all over OKC. Some have more squat racks than others.

The Y in Norman has 1-2 squat racks (can't remember exactly) and a smith machine. There's also a dead lift rack (not sure of the proper name), several flat benches for bench press, an incline bench, a decline bench, several short benches for dumbells and a few other stations in the weight room. The squat racks aren't busy often, so if you pick the right time, you could have it/them all to yourself. There's an abundance of plates.

If you're a cardio fan, there are 7-8 ellipticals, 15-20 treadmills, and a short running track around the three basketball courts.

There's also a huge pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Plenty of classrooms that offer a multitude of classes.

I'm a fan.
