My first kitchen knife of the 2024. 8 1/4 inch Gyuto Chef knife. Made from S35Vn stainless steel. The scales are mammoth ivory with Titanium screws. I'm still working on the Saya cover for it.
Really dig the blade profile. Just that little bit of top taper at the end gives it a difference from a standard profile that is subtle and refined.

They are not and I didn't kill this mammoth myself. Couldn't draw a permit. Those are titanium pivot heads I use for pocket knives.Mammoth Ivory? I hear they’re not making that much anymore.
