Bent my RCBS depriming rod on one of my dies and went to H&H to buy replacement. They gave me a new one no charge and said that they are under warrenty. I was planning on buying one from Midway, but wanted to get out of the house and went to H&H for something to do, glad I did saved me $8.95 plus shipping and I learned about the warrenty. The clerk said they exchange stuff for free all the time and when they get a big box they ship it to RCBS for replacement. New to reloading and found that they have been very helpful helping me get started.
