Hello, question on CCW

Hello Everyone,

I am new to OSA and have a question regarding my CCW permit. I have moved back to Oklahoma from Arkansas last month. What I was wondering was is this...I have a CCW permit for Arkansas and and was wondering if it is transferable or what I have to do to get it transfered????? So if any help is out there please steer me in the right way!

Not transferrable, you will have to take the Oklahoma class and apply here.

You will need to establish residency in Oklahoma, which according to the law is : Establish a residency in the State of Oklahoma. For purposes of the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act, the term residency shall apply to any person who either possesses a valid Oklahoma driver license or state photo identification card and physically resides in this state or has permanent military orders within this state and possesses a valid driver license from another state where such person claims residency;

Then take the course and go through the application process.
